With decades of business experience, Patricia has worked alongside business owners to create scalable systems, strengthen operations, and develop strategies that support long-term success. She believes that every entrepreneur deserves access to trusted guidance, practical resources, and a partner who genuinely cares about their vision.

Her passion extends beyond financial management. Patricia understands that business ownership is a journey filled with both triumphs and challenges, and she believes compassionate leadership creates stronger businesses and healthier communities. Jonathan (Jon) Bjork

Accountant | Account Manager

Jonathan (Jon) Bjork combines technical accounting expertise with real-world business experience to help clients make informed financial decisions with confidence.

Jon has worked with organizations in both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the financial challenges businesses encounter throughout different stages of growth. His practical approach allows him to simplify complex financial information and provide clients with clear, actionable guidance.

He earned his Associate of Applied Science in Business Management from Northwood Technical College before completing his Bachelor of Science in Accounting at the University of Wisconsin–River Falls. His educational background, combined with hands-on business experience, enables him to provide thoughtful accounting support tailored to each client's needs.

As a Level 2 QuickBooks ProAdvisor, Jon enjoys helping businesses establish efficient bookkeeping systems, maintain accurate financial records, and gain a better understanding of their financial performance. He believes organized financial information empowers business owners to make better decisions, identify opportunities for growth, and confidently plan for the future.

Known for his approachable personality, attention to detail, and commitment to client success, Jon works closely with business owners to ensure they always have the information and support they need.
